Can I cancel my booking?

We encourage you to cancel your booking as soon as you know that if you are not able to make it for the ride. This will allow the seat to be freed up to serve other passengers.

Cancellation Process:

1. Click Manage Rides in your Menu
2. Select your boarding pass ticket
3. Cancel at the bottom of the screen.
