We recommend that you book your rides in advance, especially when you know your shift schedule ahead of time.
Bookings for the coming week will open every Thursday of the current week. You may book for one or multiple dates at once. When booking for a ride on a trip happening at the current date, the system would accept the bookings before the cut-off period.

Booking Cut-Off:
05:45 AM Arrival (Workbound) - 02:00 AM Cut-off
07:15 AM Departure (Homebound) - 05:00 AM Cut-off
04:15 PM Departure (Homebound) - 02:00 PM Cut-off
08:45 PM Arrival (Workbound) - 05:00 PM Cut-off
To easily put it, make sure to book 4 hours before your desired office arrival time, and 2 hours before your desired office departure time.
